This role involves providing a highly tailored personal shopping service to some of the world’s most prestigious clients. Please read the following carefully before you apply:
- This job can be highly demanding.
- You need a keen eye for detail and to be able to take initiative.
- Commission fees and tips can bolster your wage by a huge amount.
- Be prepared to search online for hours for even just one item.
- You will have to send a lot of email inquiries, communicating with high-end brand representatives.
- For urgent orders, you may need to work according to different timezones. If you are applying for a work from home position, this may mean sleeping late or waking up at early hours.
Note: All urgent orders have a minimum of 3% commission paid directly to the staff member that fulfills this order, with a minimum of £15,000 for the order.
Before you apply:
Working Hours
Hours may vary greatly depending on client demands, including nights and weekends. You will be given the flexibility to manage this yourself.
Deliveries
You may be responsible for coordinating international deliveries with luxury brands. This may involve receiving to your own address for reasons such as quality control or repackaging. (Please note: This is only at the client's discretion, and a 1% commission is standard for this. This option will only be available to you once you have qualified verification checks and worked with us for a minimum of 3 months.)
Confidentiality
All client details and purchases must be handled with the highest level of discretion.
Technology
You will be required to work across multiple platforms, handling communications and research simultaneously. Prior social media use could be an advantage here.
Teamwork
While many tasks are independent, collaboration with other staff on larger projects is essential.
